On Complaining

Now of course none of us really need this message…or do we?

Philippians 2:14 -Do all things without murmuring and disputing.

1 Peter 4:9 – 9 -Use hospitality one to another without grudging.

1 Thessalonians 5:18-In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Ephesians 4:29- Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth.

Exodus 16:8 – Moses said, “Since it will be God who gives you meat for your meal in the evening and your fill of bread in the morning, it’s God who will have listened to your complaints against him. Who are we in all this? You haven’t been complaining to us—you’ve been complaining to God!”

Philippians 2:14-16 – Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor in vain.

Job 2:10- What? shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil?

Hebrews 13:5 – Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

As for me; today I decided to thank God that I am alive. I am begging for nothing, complaining about nothing and rejoicing in everything, including the fact that I am alive!
