Wisdom is so valuable that we are told to choose it, no matter the cost. Think about it. Who wouldn’t need wisdom?
Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you. The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding.
Cherish her, and she will exalt you; embrace her, and she will honor you. (Proverbs 4:6-8)
For wisdom is more precious than rubies, and nothing you desire can compare with her. (Proverbs 8:11)
Wisdom is not book-learning or computer intelligence. It’s not your grandma or your boss.
Wisdom is Jesus Christ
My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. (Colossians 2:3)
