S-O-A-P-Y (Thinking Letters Part 1)

Ah yes, the one thing that cleans up that nasty virus better than anything else; soap.  Did you know that soap is also the best way to clean a heart?

Here is how it works.

S- Scripture. That’s right. Just open your Bible and read!

O – Observation. What is God saying to you from scripture? What grabbed your attention?

A – Application. Now that God has your attention, ask him how to apply this truth to your life.

P- Prayer. Yes, friends pray about what you read, observed and are applying to your life.

Y- You have to follow through.

You are now the bubbles in the soap. Be sure to do what God requires of you and do it with joy!

But who can endure the day of his coming? Who can stand when he appears; for he will be like a refiner’s fire or a launderer’s soap. ( Malachi 3:2, NIV)

Prayer- Lord please cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow. (From Psalm 51:7, NIV) Amen.
