When actor Mickey Rooney died recently, people made much of his long and successful career. Few mentioned that he would now appear before his biggest fan.
You see, Mickey Rooney came to know Jesus many years ago. And when he died, he finally met Jesus face to face.
Do you ever think about your last days and who will be with you as you pass? Who you will meet when you cross the great divide?
I hope its Jesus and if you don’t care now, you certainly will then.
This verse speaks to both the here and the now.
Do not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching. (Hebrews 10:25, NIV)
