There is no way to water down the Christian faith to feed the masses and still have it change lives.
If you chop Brussels sprouts up finely enough, children will think they are eating cabbage salad. If you puree cauliflower, it will pass for mashed potatoes.
That’s a great way to get little ones to eat their veggies but when we puree other things to make them easier to swallow, the results are not so rewarding.
We must have a personal relationship with Jesus who died on the cross and rose from the dead to pay the price for your sin and mine. We must have that personal relationship or else our ‘Christianity’ is only Brussels sprouts, cleverly disguised as cabbage.
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. (Galatians 2:20)
Remember to share and to live fullness in Christ, no matter what.
