Which One Are You?

One person likes to think that lightning flashes indicate God is taking her picture. Another one hides under the bed at a roll of thunder. Which one are you?

One person is grateful when a friend brings over a bowl of homemade soup. Another sees an interfering busybody. Which one are you?

Cynics look high and low for wisdom—and never find it; the open-minded find it right on their doorstep! (Proverbs 14:6, MSG) 

Oh, about that thunder business? The Bible says that is the Lord, thundering from heaven! (See Psalm 18:13, NIV)

Prayer-Lord, open our eyes so that we might see good, instead of evil. For Jesus who overcame evil for our good. Amen.
