Elderberry; think about this name. Isn’t it a nicer term than senior or old folk? I mean, just think about it. W are getting a little older. Berries are a small juicy/ fleshy fruit. They have a roundish shape; some are edible and some are not. Doesn’t that describe us to a tee?
So dear fellow/gal elderberry we may not have much choice on the elderly, fleshy, roundish parts; but we can decide to be palatable or not. Which are you?
And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you. (Ephesians 4:32, KJV)
