Machine Built

Do you ever think about machines and how faithful they are? They run our cars, freezers and computer equipment. True they are all a little different because they are built for different jobs.

They don’t come with extra parts generally. You know what I mean. They don’t send you an extra muffler for your new car or a second computer hard drive. No, the machine comes with all its needed parts intact.

Now suppose the world is built to order; which it was.

In the beginning, God (prepared, formed, fashioned, and) created the heavens and the earth. (Genesis 1:1, AMP)

And all its parts were meant to work together; which they were, at least in the Christian realm.

Now you [collectively] are Christ’s body and [individually] you are members of it, each part severally and distinct [each with his own place and function]. (1 Corinthians 12:27, AMP)

Then each of us has a part to play. God didn’t send extra parts just for the fun of it. He sent us all to work together as one body, one machine if you will. Therefore dear friend, you are here for a reason and so am I. Let us find and fulfill our purpose in the machine of God’s kingdom here on earth.

Prayer- Amen and thank you God for letting us be part of your big plan! Amen.
