Well, I just got my annual flu shot. I am grateful for the protection. Though the government pays for our yearly flu shots, too many people refuse to take them. How foolish is that? As many as 8,000 Canadians and 24,000 Americans die of flu every year.
The numbers are worse if we talk about Jesus. Thousands go to hell because they did not choose Jesus as their personal Saviour. Let’s rectify that in your life.
Jesus died on the cross to pay the price for your sins and mine. He was raised from the dead just for you and for me. He is the Son of God with the holy nature of God himself. Let’s pray so that you can ask him into your life right now.
Dear Lord Jesus,
I believe you are the Son of God and that you died on the cross to pay the price for my sins.
I believe that you rose from the dead and that you are alive right now.
Please come into my life. Forgive my sin. Make me a member of your family.
I now turn from going my own way. I want you to be the center of my life.
Thank you for your gift of eternal life and for your Holy Spirit who has come to live in me. Amen (see John 3:16)

After all, no one wants the flu and no one wants Hell either.
