Remember when a window was something you looked through? And an application was a solution to a problem?
Remember when we played a keyboard and a mouse was something we screamed at when it got into our house?
And a file smoothed your nails, while a hard drive meant a long painful car ride to somewhere far away?
We used to cut with scissors and knives and we pasted with (and sometimes ate) glue.
And a web meant time to clean the house and a virus was a reason to see the doctor?
And fruit went in our mouths not meant big companies like Apple?
Remember when?
Today I heard that the loneliest people in the world are in their early teens and twenties somethings. Could it be that they believed the hype of today’s technology instead of living a little like yesterday?
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6)
