Stoned

For this is contained in Scripture: “Behold, I lay in Zion a choice stone, a precious corner stone, and he who believes in Him will not be disappointed.” (1 Peter 2:6)

And all drank the same spiritual drink, for they were drinking from a spiritual rock which followed them; and the rock was Christ. (1 Corinthians 10:4)

David defeated Goliath with a stone and the Word of God.

 David said to the Philistine, “You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. (1 Samuel 17:45)

In the army, there are penalties for not caring for your weapon. Jesus, our rock, is our spiritual weapon.  Pick up your weapon today friends and go out, ready to throw it at the enemy.

Pick up your fear, send it forth on the Rock and expect miracles. 

Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then I will be confident.  (Psalm 27:3)

Throw your failure at the enemy.

 I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength. (Philippians 4:12-13)
