The Easiest Job Ever

Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.” (John 6:29, NIV)

Do you know the real Jesus? The Jesus who forgives, heals, changes our lives, encourages growth, and helps us forgive the unforgivable? 

Stop working so hard.  Just understand that your resume has been accepted. As Anne Graham Lotz says, “Just give me Jesus.”

I made a wonderful peach sauce and served it over ice cream. Everyone really enjoyed it. In fact, the little one asked to take some home. 

When I handed her a container full, she burst into loud wails. “No, no,” she cried. “I want real peaches!”  Thankfully, I still had some. She knew the difference between a real peach and a recipe that used peaches.

Have you discovered the real Jesus? Jesus who wants nothing more than that you believe in him?

I pray that any false convictions we have disappear in the light of the truth of Jesus.
