We love to voice our opinion of Biblical characters that hung out with the wrong people, (Sapphira in Acts 5).
Or hid when they shouldn’t have (Gideon in Judges 6)
Or refused to compromise or refused to compromise even a bit! (Paul in Acts 15)
And then there is weak Pilate.
And doubting Thomas who demanded to see Christ’s scars. (John 20)
And I often think of Eve. Suppose she held out against Satan and generations later; I was the one who ate that apple!
Do not judge and criticize and condemn others, so that you may not be judged and criticized and condemned yourselves. (Matthew 7:1)
