Change Starts from the Inside

God reminded me of something today. Just like when we first accept him, he helps us realize that we don’t have to clean up our own messes.

Real change is inside-out change. At times through this weight-loss challenge, I have felt discouraged because I wasn’t seeing the results in the area I wanted to. As I dwelled on my own “failure”, I was reminded that change has to come within me first. I am allowing God to change me from the inside-out, then my “outside” will follow.
