LIFTERSISTER ®

Author Kimberley Payne coined and copyrighted the term, LIFTERSISTER ® to describe gal friends who like to lift weights, care about you like a sister and provide emotional support when you’re feeling low!

What a great term! Now you might say you don’t qualify because:

1. You are a guy (well you would be right on that one!)
2. You don’t lift weights. (Wrong on that one!)

Girlfriends lift one another’s burdens on a regular basis. We cry with a hurting sister. We babysit one another’s children. We take meals over when sickness hits the house. We share job trauma. We pray together and we laugh together. We lift one another up.
