Stored Up

When I kept silence [before I confessed], my bones wasted away through my groaning all the day long. (Psalm 32:3, AMP)
When I kept it all inside, my bones turned to powder, my words became daylong groans. The pressure never let up; all the juices of my life dried up. (Psalm 32:3, MSG)
No matter how you say it, trying to hide our sin, holding onto anger and unforgiveness affects our bodies. Oh it might take some time but eventually, our guilt does its work. It destroys us from the inside out.

Friends we can get out of this mess. The answer is as usual…GOD
